In order to deliver a secured service, our policies include multiple steps:
- When booking to store your luggage, make sure to do it under the name of the person delivering the luggage and picking-it up. It is also possible for a third party to pick up your luggage for you. You just have to fill in the identity of the person in the fields indicated at the time of booking.
- The user has to show his ID in order to be able to drop the luggage, the same ID will be asked before picking-up the luggage.
- The Nanny can open the bag and check its content in order to proceed to a full visual search for any illegal item.
