Please try contacting the Nanny through the email or phone numbers provided in your confirmation email, SMS confirmation and your Nannybag account. You can also write them a message via the chat function on your Nannybag account.
Contact our support team at contact@nannybag.com , if you fail to drop your bag or reach the Nanny.
